- Author design documents and other materials to demonstrate the possibilities offered by curriculum changes.
- Designed and developed an online course in Captivate 9.0 to educate new plan members about their benefits.
- Collaborate with a team of 12 to develop and implement annual meeting schedules and open enrollment sessions for retirees, as well as planning and hosting of special events such as general public outreach at community-based fairs and festivals, and local government meetings.
